ATTENTION MEMBERS

Due to members not following the range rules / guidelines the following goes into effect immediately.

1. As always members must coordinate their visits for "non open" hours by contacting us during normal business hours (not later than 7 p.m. Sunday).

2. As always members must make 100% sure that any guest with them during "non open" hours fills out the non-member waiver correctly and places it into the cash box prior to that guest being allowed to fire their first round. The members name should be written on bottom of guest waiver.

3. Having the waiver filled out and on the firing deck or anywhere other than inside the cash box does not work and said member can and will forfeit membership without rebate.

4. Effective 01 JUNE 08 members must fill out a members shooting slip (located beside cash box) and place it into the cash box prior to shooting. Failure to do so will lose your membership with no rebate.

5. When done shooting, place your money into an envelope provided with your name and date on the outside of the envelope. (Envelopes beside cash box)

6.Don't forget to check your frame for holes. Holes are $1.00 per hole.

7. Costs are as follows:

Member $3.00 fee plus $3.OO bay use per hour.

Non-member guests 1st  time at Range 1 = $7.50 / Non-member there after = $15.00 Target cost and name will be written on targets.

8. In order to shoot in bay you must have prior o.k. with a key punch on your membership card. Non members are not allowed to shoot in bays. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Members without key punch on their cards may not fire in bays at any time (open or closed).

9. Frames and cash will be checked daily.

**NOTE TO ALL: We try to run a nice clean range for all to enjoy, but we are having problems with members not pre-registering to shoot on off hours. Some use other members (who have coordinated) equipment. Some shoot and leave without paying. Some are putting many holes in frames without paying for the damage.

Most recently we had a member fire with two guests (both priors) put holes in the fames, left targets down range, did not police brass and did not pay.
