RANGE 1 FOR SALE! That's right, folks... most of you have known this for a while. Due to Pete's health, he must sell this range. He started it himself in 1993 after retiring from 22 years in the United States Army, most of that time in Special Operations. He has put his blood and sweat into this place, and from customers who frequent the range, it is obvious. Please take the time to read the information below, and if you are an interested buyer, please contact us. At the moment, we prefer phone calls as the email will be checked by the manager while he is deployed overseas. If you do send an email, you can expect a delay as I will have to forward it on to another individual who will contact Pete via phone.
The
range consists of multiple training areas that can accommodate
up to 25-50 students in a tactical training environment, as well
as a highly specialized live fire shoot house for the training
of law enforcement tactical teams and military entities. There
is a regular firing line consisting of 10 lanes for rifles out
to 100 yards and 10 lanes to 25 yards for pistols.
Range
1 is primarily a public shooting range with an extremely varied
clientele. We offer annual memberships, plus classes when there
is enough interest. Military and law enforcement personnel train
at Range 1 on a regular basis, reinforcing the
professional and
safe atmosphere we pride
ourselves in.
Regular civilians, active duty and retired military, law
enforcement, members of North Carolina State Government, we have
all types who love to shoot. It has been Pete’s pleasure for the
last 15 years to provide high quality training, gun repair, and
most of all a safe and family friendly place to shoot.
